You will focus on the delivery of a framework for the various contracts to support procurement of outsourced services for this newly established pension scheme. Ideally you will have experience in the pensions market, working in a central project team or programme office, with responsibility for delivering a programme of improvements or formal analysis to support a strategic intent.You will be facilitating key stakeholder meetings, to establish business plans for the future direction and shaping of the framework. The ability to engage effectively with stakeholders both in large groups and on a one to one basis will be essential, coupled with experience of explaining and presenting complex technical issues in layman terms.Considering all options, you will be both developing and revising existing key sections, service level agreements, interfaces and management information requirements. You will be able to critically analyse high level requirements to establish requirements, continually reviewing these to ensure both as cost and time effective as possible. You will have the ability to proactively identify and resolve conflicting issues or problems, as well as being able to translate these into functional specifications/testing plans. You will be able to demonstrate extensive experience of requirements definition, coupled with exposure to differing procurement approaches, working on large scale transformation projects including business mapping/process modelling. Substantial experience of working in the pensions industry across administration of occupational DC schemes is required. ]]></description>
