In order to apply for this position candidate MUST have previous SIPP/SSAS PENSIONS experience. Client Profile: Our client services encompass all aspects of SIPP & SSAS Administration and Trusteeship. Job Purpose: To motivate, assist and develop, on a day to day basis, a team of SSAS/SIPP administrators to ensure that they provide an efficient and consistent level of service to clients, ensuring high and accurate standards of work at all times. Work towards developing positive communication and working relationships with both clients and internal advisers. Identify and resolve problems that may arise with day to day work issues in the department. Knowledge/Qualifications: You should have a sound understanding of the operation and application of both SSASs and SIPPs. There needs to be a good working knowledge of the concepts of self-administration and HMRC rules and practice. The Senior Administrator should be proactively working towards increasing technical knowledge of all aspects of SSAS/SIPP and identify specific areas of weakness for further development.
