c £80k plus benefits - London - An interesting in-house Pensions & Benefits Manager role This is a very interesting career opportunity for a Pensions professional who combines the expertise, competence and confidence to operate as the sole in-house Pensions specialist. Working as part of the HR team and with responsibilities which extend to some of the other benefit programmes, the role is responsible for supporting the business, the Trustees and the Membership. Pension provision centres upon defined contribution and there are historical DB arrangements. Whilst administration is outsourced there is a tradition of direct contact with employees-members. In addition to liaison with the external administrators, actuaries, advisers and other benefit providers, there will also be limited, but interesting, exposure to international issues. For those who enjoy responsibility, can advise on the strategic but are comfortable in a hands-on role, this is an ideal opportunity. The company is successful and strongly people focused.
