SIPP Pensions Administrator, Cheshire
In order to apply for this position candidates MUST have previous PENSIONS experience, although SIPP experience is not essential, if candidates do possess previous SIPP experience, the salary will be higher. Client Profile: Our client services encompass all aspects of SIPP & SSAS Administration and Trusteeship. Job Purpose: · To process all work for your specific process team according to PYSS procedures in line with agreed service levels. · Support and suggest improvements for benefit of team for your specific process team within HMRC rules and FSA regulations. Key Accountabilities / Job Tasks: · To process work in order of priority to meet the service standards, the needs of the clients and connections and as agreed by the Section Head. · Ensure all work is processed in line with agreed service standards, and is checked by a senior member of the team. · Respond to all telephone calls on day of receipt if applicable. · Process work in line with documented procedures and within the HMRC rules and regulations. · Update systems to ensure all electronic records are up to date and easily accessible. · Ensure filing is done daily to ensure all paper records are up to date and easily accessible. · Escalate any problems or work that cannot be dealt with within the required service standards immediately to the Section Head/Relationship Managers. · Refer technical queries to a Technician in the first instance · Refer any complaints received directly to the Section Head for referral. · Co-operate with the company when required with activities not directly included in the job description, are required to be carried out. These activities must in those circumstances be seen as part of the job description.
