The Role
Responsible for the national client service management of all pension clients, working closely with the Client Relationship Managers, and alongside another National Manager. Direct, coach and guide the team manager, client service managers and client service advisers to pro-actively manage the relationship with the client. When required, attend client and administration meetings and / or representation at Trustee meetings. Take ownership for managing the financial health of the overall client portfolio.

The Person
Relevant experience of managing client relationships with demonstrable senior management experience in pensions administration. Highly commercial with excellent understanding of drivers of cost and income in the pensions industry. Pension qualifications or equivalent experience of delivering the technical capabilities required of this role, Excellent communication skills, Experienced in project planning and participation, Strong coaching skills and a Great team worker are the minimum requirements for this role.
