Client Profile:
Our client is the largest specialist Third Party Pensions Administrator in the UK, with major clients in both the private and public sector.
 
Vacancy Description:
  • Obtain high standard of expertise with the firm and other internal systems
  • Undertake training needs analysis to identify staff development and demand
  • Design training courses to meet staff business requirements
  • Develop training and create/amend course material in response to business improvements
  • Deliver systems training courses to internal staff and clients
  • Design and deliver non-system training courses
  • Contribute to production of annual training plan and business training strategy
  • The role will require contact with and travel to all the firms sites   
 
Essential Experience/Skills:
  • Working knowledge of both DB and DC Schemes   
  • Working knowledge of internal systems
  • Training background with strong presentational skills
 
Personal Attributes:
  • Professional and confident approach
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
