Join this global brand name as part of their large in-house administration function, dedicated to provide excellent customer service, in a challenging, rewarding and varied role. You will use your excellent communication and organisational skills to liaise with fellow team members delegating and monitoring their workload and performance. You will coach and provide assistance while leading and motivating for a positive working environment. You will enforce and maintain a very strong and effective customer service approach, prioritising your workload, to ensure results are achieved and exceeding the expectations of outstanding results. Use your previous pensions experience and current understanding of the business content to meet targets, paying strong attention to detail while implementing improvements, utilising your problem solving and planning skills. With a thorough knowledge of the pensions industry, ideally you will be qualified at QPA level or equivalent, holding strong customer service and computer literacy skills. Benefits include
