Technical and Compliance

This is an exciting and new position for someone with a background in the financial services industry, ideally with pension’s knowledge in complaints resolution. You will have experience of the legal elements of settling complaints and this role will focus on someone with vision to create a new function and structure, to put in place new processes and implement change. You will have a commercial understanding with a pragmatic approached and experience in people management as this role has more than 10 reports spread over a number of locations. For a complete job description, please contact nikki@branwellford.co.uk
