Client Profile:
Our client is a well respected Third Party Pensions Administration Company.

The Role:
• To work as part of a team completing Scheme events to ensure an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for designated Scheme events.  You will report to the SSC Team Manager.
• Perform pensions calculations, enter pensions data and answer enquiries to the required standard using automated and non-automated manual/system processes across a wide range of scheme events
• Complete work in accordance with the firms standards and processes to achieve targets based on agreed client delivery dates.
• Provide support and guidance to Trainee Pensions Administrators
• Work closely with colleagues in other areas (particularly Client Service Teams and AST) to achieve agreed service standards
• Some liaison with clients regarding data and renewals
• To be flexible and adaptable to work demands as advised by the manager/supervisor
• To work towards the next level of process accreditation as agreed with your manager/supervisor

Experience:
• Relevant benefits administration experience
• Working towards the QPA / DPC qualification
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to follow processes
• Computer literate
