This leading in-house company seeks a highly motivated pensions professional to effectively deliver technical support and assistance to their Technical Support Team.Utilising your previous knowledge, you will take responsibility for providing technical support and guidance to relevant individuals. You will manage, or provide in depth technical expertise to, projects in the areas of governance, policy and benefit administration. Carry out compliance activities and implement changes to ensure the scheme is compliant with regard to regulations and legislation.You will monitor technical information, providing summaries of key matters and identifying which actions need to be taken.Additionally you will provide assistance to the board of Trustees, preparing papers for Trustee meetings, writing up minutes, delivering Trustee training and implementing changes to the Trustee boards.The ideal candidate will have extensive up-to-date technical and legislative knowledge, the ability to understand complex benefit structures and a keen eye for detail.
