Client Service Adviser - 6 Month Contract
A highly motivated and results driven pensions professional is required to join this leading consultancy as a Client Service Adviser working on a 6 month contract.Take responsibility for achieving targets, establishing and developing rapport and building relationships with a sound focus on communications.Take ownership for agreed responsibilities and delivery targets for a portfolio of clients. You will manage complaints, utilising the standard processes to resolve any issues and queries.Use your leadership qualities to motivate and guide colleagues to achieve agreed service standards while implementing and notifying any changes to the relevant service areas.You will have the chance to work on annual events and benefit statements, ensuring meetings and correspondence take place to agreed timetables with clients.Become involved in various aspects of client management, fees and projects.Possessing strong pensions knowledge, you will ideally hold an industry qualification and you must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
