Fantastic opportunity for a technically competent pensions professional to join this leading financial organisation as Pensions Technical ManagerAs a highly personable individual and experienced team motivator, take responsibility for the overall training of the teams and individual employees in line with company policy. Build and maintain a positive working environment to ensure successful scheme delivery. Comprehensive legislative and technical knowledge of the pensions industry is necessary as you will be required to ensure relevant issues are fully outlined and understood by all relevant parties and are incorporated into the administration process. Acting as a technical point of reference, undertake research as necessary whilst in liaison with statutory and advisory bodies. Furthermore, you will be required to ensure scheme rules are fully complied with by the operational teams. Superb written and oral communication skills are essential as you will be required to compose and review information packs and deliver training and informative presentations. Take an active role in future provisions providing input for upcoming projects, ensuring all technical and training requirements are considered. Produce annual plans to ensure needs are identified. To be successful, you should have a broad pensions knowledge including some experience of senior executive benefits and a proven competency in the provision of technical training.
