Rewarding opportunity for a UK Pensions Manager to take on this newly created strategic Pensions Manager role. Role is available initially on a 12 month contract to be then reviewed, and could be undertaken on a full or part-time basis. The key focus of this position will be to consolidate the various pension plans currently in place across the numerous companies of this global industry-leading group.A high degree of gravitas will be vital to develop credible, working relationships at all levels which will be necessary to successfully drive through the strategic changes you have identified.You will strive to improve the pensions service and will ensure any changes are implemented efficiently and accurately.Utilising your current legislation knowledge you will ensure all pension schemes adhere to targets and guidelines. You will report and update trustees on current schemes and will be responsible for any other ad hoc managerial duties required.Utilise your communication skills to liaise with scheme members and efficiently resolve any issues or queries.IT literate, you will have excellent experience in a similar role and should possess outstanding organisation skills.We endeavour to reply to all applications.
