A prominent international organisation is seeking an International Benefits Financial Technician to manage the financial control and reporting for three company international benefit plans on a global level.You will be liaising with and coordinating the effort of the global actuary to ensure timely and efficient completion of the financial costing process, as well as assisting senior management in analysis and interpretation of the results.Organised and efficient, you will ensure the smooth operation of the benefit annual costing process for the international benefit plans through the timely provision of census data and communication of the results.With strong numeracy, you will preferably with some financial control background including a demonstrable understanding and appreciation of processes & controls.Attentive to detail, you will complete the actuarial costing for international benefits plans for each individual member.The ideal candidate will not only need to have excellent technical capacity, but also strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal confidently at senior level. S/he will be hardworking and flexible who can easily cope with change and meeting deadlines.Permanent role only: Up to 15% Bonus depending on company performance, Company funded pensionprivate medical.We endeavour to reply to all applications.
