Join this innovative team and manage the consistency and level of service provided though excellent communication and organisational skills.Become involved in this hands-on role where you will be dealing with a variety of projects and schemes for compensations that will be used through compensation providers.You must have an eye for detail, reviewing all processes and procedures, implementing any changes that will increase efficiency and performance.Use your fabulous communications and interpersonal skills to monitor and discuss the level of work provided by providers to keep a high standard of efficiency.You will need to communicate and liaise with all to prepare project plans and ensure that all tasks are identified, allowing for timing and costs for completion. You will review and analyse performance against targets, raise any concerns and take action to rectify.At this stage in your career you will possess relevant experience of DC & DB pension scheme administration, coupled with experience of pension scheme/ member data reconciliation.We endeavour to reply to all applications.
