A driven and career minded Employee Benefits Consultant is required at this leading consultancy to generate New Business. You will take responsibility for maintaining a portfolio of key accounts, seeking out opportunities and developing New Business. You will ensure that profitability of the schemes are maintained by reviewing income levels.As Client Relationship Manager you will ensure regular contact with clients and maintenance of the relationship.You will be a committed, driven, results-orientated individual capable of working on your own as well as in a team based environment. You will also take responsibility for keeping yourself up to date with current legislation.Attentive to detail, you will conduct business in a compliant manner in line with FSA requirements.With a proven track record in Financial Services and an excellent knowledge of the pensions market, and wider employee benefits market, you will have the ability to present professionally to Executives, groups of employees and Corporate and Trustee Boards.A self starter, you will discuss improvements to the plan`s benefit structure with the clients` ``decision makers``, proactively finding solutions and offering explanations on client queries or problems.You will be rewarded handsomely and have the opportunity to earn commission on an un-capped basis.
