Health & Risk Consultant

Our client is seeking a Consultant to join the multi-disciplined team in the regional office of this growing Consultancy. You will work with a team of talented employee benefits consultants and you will provide complete consulting advice to a client portfolio in relation to their provision for Group Risk and Healthcare. The role will require you to have close liaison with providers and clients to broker preferable terms. You will be fully supported by the client services team who will collate data and draft reports for you to deliver to your clients. You will be technical strong in relation to products and the marketplace, and a clear communicator who interacts well with clients and develops relationships for long term client retention. The clients are a complete range firms and you will need to engage at board level as well as managing difficult claims and complex cases. This position is client facing and you will have strong presentation skills. To be considered for this role you will be highly organised, able to improve standards and deliver a high level of service to clients. You will be involved in tenders for new business, managing fee proposals and tenders, conduct full market reviews and keep up to date with client renewals and legislative requirements.
