A rare vacancy has arisen for a Client Director to join this innovative employee benefits consultancy. As a senior individual you will be able to advise at board level on pensions strategy, change management and will also be able to cross-sell other areas of the business. The successful candidate will take over an existing portfolio of clients and will therefore have a track record in client management and giving corporate pensions advice. They will also have the relevant pensions qualifications such as the PMI certificate. As well as maximising revenue with the existing portfolio, they will also be expected to develop new business where possible. An in depth knowledge of employee benefits, particularly DB and DC schemes, is therefore essential. A track record of developing new business with blue-chip and FTSE 100/250 companies would be highly advantageous.
