Pension Consultant

You will be seeking the next step in your Pension Consulting career and this position will give you the opportunity to take on your own clients and provide innovative solutions in relation to DB and DC Trust based schemes as well as GPP arrangements. You will be working in a large team of pension and EB professionals and also support the Senior Consultants on their clients and projects. You will take responsibility decisions and there will be client contact at an early stage, so key to your skills will be your ability to communicate effectively and work with like minded individuals who are passionate about their pension’s careers and finding solutions to client issues. Your experience will be in the cost of pension provision and the design of pension schemes and you will work closely with the Trustees and the employer having involvement with all aspects of Trustee meetings, dealing with member communications work and having close liaison with the clients and other service providers. Ideally you will have commenced PMI qualifications although this will not be essential and you will have experience of working in a pension consulting environment.
