Client Director

You will be working in a large multi-disciplined team, taking leadership for an established and prestigious client portfolio of UK household names as well as being involved in projects for other clients within the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with both client and team management responsibilities who is also commercially minded. You will be experienced in Account Management for Trust based DB and DC clients and have experience in scheme design changes and implementation of contract based pension arrangements and ideally group risk and flexible benefit exposure. With superb technical knowledge and the ability to provide scheme design solutions and manage negotiations you will understand the importance of developing client relationships for retainable business. Managing a team of Consultants you will use your mentoring skills, provide solutions and guidance to client issues, develop your staff through the appraisal process and ensure everyone is aware of their commercial responsibilities.
