Implementation Manager

Our client is an award winning leading third party consultancy who due to new business wins has a need for a Scheme Implementation Manager.

You will manage the Implementation team ensuring that all Implementation Projects are delivered to a high standard of quality and in accordance with an agreed Implementation Plan.

Key tasks include but are not limited to:

•Effective management, allocation and monitoring of resources to ensure that the Implementation Teams tasks are completed within SLAs.
•Liaising with Project Managers to facilitate projects.
•Attending client meetings.
•Continuous identification and implementation of improvements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.

Applicants for this position will need:

•Experience within a similar role within the Pensions Industry.
•Knowledge of final salary and money purchase pension schemes.
•Profund or other pension system experience.
