Pensions Project Analyst
One of the world leaders in the delivery of Risk Consulting and Employee Benefits has an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Project Analyst to join the team. The role is to help ensure that the company is updated & informed about all legal requirements relating to pensions and to be a source of technical knowledge. This will involve undertaking complex Scheme Events and Projects with efficiency, competency and professionalism. The Pensions Project Analyst will need to accurately plan and carry out projects and Scheme Events both manually and using Profund Classic and oPen, as required and also assist in Scheme Installations, analysis of data provided from previous administrators. The suitable candidate will be able to provide training, as required by the company on technical pension issues, assist and provide guidance with resolving complex, non-standard cases, support management in new proposition development and be able to review practice to help ensure that it is consistent with regulatory and legislative requirements. The suitable candidate will have at least 5 years' pensions experience demonstrating a detailed level of involvement with legislation and technical analysis. His or her competencies will include good personal organisation, analysing and reasoning, learning and development, and teamwork.
