Actuarial Technician
Working with a team of actuaries and consultants, the successful candidate will provide general technical support to team members with client management responsibilities, including the drafting of reports and provision of technical calculations and figures, to ensure the provision of an efficient, professional, and profitable service. Applicants must be highly numerate with good analytical, problem solving skills and good attention to detail. A strong academic background is essential, including a high quality degree (upper 2nd class or above) and good A-level results. The ideal candidate will have at least two to three years experience in a high-quality pensions consulting firm. They will either have given up the actuarial exams or perhaps not done quite as well with them than their peers for a good reason so has more experience in the office than exam performance. |
