Dimensions Specialist Recruitment is now looking to recruit an additional Senior Relationship Manager for the Distribution Service Management division of this global leading investment management organisation.

This division is responsible for representing the service requirements of key account distributors of their funds, products and services and builds strong partnerships and ensures that excellent levels of service are provided to the key customers of their UK Retail Business.

As one of the Senior Relationship Managers, you will be responsible for supporting the continued growth of their specific platform. This will involve providing dedicated relationship management support for between 5 – 10 Key Accounts, engaging with each account ensuring face to face visits are conducted on a monthly basis and agreeing a 12 month partnership plan with specific reference to opportunities and development requirements

Additionally you will be further responsible for offering a business consultancy service to clients, focusing on operational, technology and client service solutions, identify / fact find revenue opportunities when interacting with the Key Accounts, maintain and lead the promotion of the offering, be pivotal in playing a key role in new business pitches / opportunities, and work closely with relevant areas to help identify and implement enhancements with regards to driving forward operational efficiency

Possessing proven Financial Services experience with a good understanding of core UK products and services, it is essential that you have a strong understanding of IFA and/or institutional business models and of the UK platform business, in particular servicing and new business processing

With the proven ability to handle objections, you will be someone with strong influencing skills, proven experience and success in building long term customer relationships and a track record of managing Accounts
