My client is an international Pension’s and Employee Benefits Consultancy who are renowned for providing distinctive opportunities and due to securing a number of new high profile clients they are currently seeking a Scheme Manager. This is a challenging and varied role where you have to understand your client's needs and to ensure the day to day activity are dealt with in line with the client(s) requirements to ensure satisfaction and act as a link between the delivery function and the client Additionally, you will also be responsible for ensuring day to day service delivery of the Administration Services for your client(s), motivating and encouraging team members, identify service issues and resolve, as well as arrange and hold Scheme Meetings on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis with relevant parties from administration to update the teams on changes and issues. Possessing previous supervisory and client contact experience gained within a similar environment, it is essential that you possess a good level of Defined Contribution experience (Defined Benefits experience would be an advantage but not as important) coupled with excellent communication skills and strong commercial awareness Offering an excellent remuneration and benefits package including an annual bonus, employee share schemes, Flex and pension, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator or Team Leader who is looking to progress their career further |
