As an organisation, this leading consultancy has developed and expanded well over the last couple of years and as an employer they are highly respected for providing ongoing development and progression within a modern 21st century environment.

Based of their offices in Birmingham, they are now seeking an additional Pensions Administrator to be responsible for providing an efficient pensions administration service to range of high profile clients. This will include dealing with all aspects of the administration processes (including joiners, leavers, transfers and calculations) as well as performing all intermediary and complex project related tasks and for taking day to day responsibility for an assigned client portfolio.

You will also act as a key member of the team, providing support to less experienced members of staff as well as checking and mentoring.

Possessing previous pension’s administration experience of Defined Benefit (DB) and/or Defined Contributions (DC) arrangements, coupled with experience of current pensions legislation and ideally experience in checking and mentoring others. It is essential that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with your experience ideally been gained from working within third party administration, although strong all round experience within an in house pensions department will be also considered.
