Joining this market-leader, this is a key interim appointment to take on leadership of UK pension arrangements covering all areas of strategy and policy development, financial management, policy implementation and governance in accordance with the requirements and instructions of the Trustees and the Company.

Utilising your strong commercial focus and analytical approach you will resolve complex or controversial issues that may arise with individual pension claims whilst developing and delivering communications strategies. You will also be responsible for owning and managing operational delivery costs, identifying and delivering efficiencies whilst maintaining a high quality service to scheme members.

You will provide technical and specialist advice as required, seeking and evaluating expert technical advice in order to deliver structured and targeted support to decision makers. You will produce policy and guidance notes for the in-house administration team.

Degree educated with relevant qualification (APMI qualified or equivalent) you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of UK legislation along with significant experience of operating strategically at a senior level, consultancy or in-house, with proven leadership experience.
