Employing over 50,000 people in more than 100 countries, our client is truly a global organisation Reporting to the UK Director of Pensions, the UK Pensions Manager will have responsibility for service delivery to the Company and, in conjunction with the Scheme Secretary, to the members of the UK pension arrangements. The role holder will assist the UK Director of Pensions on developments to pension scheme design arising from legislation, providing guidance on reviewing benefit structures to reflect competitive trends and legal requirements. The role: •Managing pensions related projects which will include: providing written and verbal reports to the UK Director of Pensions and Steering Committees on a regular basis; holding regular project update meetings with relevant parties; setting and monitoring budgets for the projects; managing and contributing to the communications process to the various stakeholders in any project. The person: •Suitable candidates will be high calibre pension pensions professionals who can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the impact of pensions provision from a corporate perspective within a highly complex corporate structure.
