You will be joining this organisation whose location is on the Essex/Kent border. You will be part of the HR department, providing advice and guidance to your colleagues and management on all pension related matters. You will be responsible for the efficient and effective day to day management of all pension schemes within the Group which would include providing ad-hoc support to the scheme trustees. The role also incorporates the monitoring and administration of the company benefits schemes ensuring membership is up to date and accurate and assisting with yearly renewals. You will also act as an internal contact for the out sourced company car provider, training in this area can be provided if necessary.
